A Simple 5 Step Process for Couples

In five steps, get a personalized, expert-guided mediation in as little as four weeks. Starting at $3500.*

1.

Initial meeting with you jointly where we can learn about your situation, answer any questions you may have, and get clarity on the desired outcomes of each party. At that meeting we’ll give you a list of documents to provide us and client data sheets to complete.

2.

We meet with you individually to understand your priorities and then it’s time to gather your relevant documents to provide to us via secure online storage.

3.

Now it’s our turn. We will complete all of our analyses and prepare a report for our joint negotiation meeting.

4.

We schedule and hold a 1 – 2 hour presentation/negotiation session at which we present our findings and offer one or more settlement options to consider. We work with you until all aspects of your settlement are decided.

5.

Guidance on DIY filing or, optionally, one of our family law attorneys can prepare final documents and file for you (for a reasonable fee). The entire process in as little as 4 weeks…seriously.

Peaceful and Affordable Divorce is Possible

With our refined 5 step process, we can assist with simplifying your divorce from beginning to end, including life after. Our streamlined solution to divorce utilizes the combination of a divorce coach and a certified divorce financial analyst.

Your divorce will be fully mediated by a financial expert and your agreement drafted by one of our legal partners. You will never have to set foot in a courtroom or experience the divisiveness of an attorney-led process. The result is a much less stressful and inexpensive process with better financial and emotional outcomes.
